Structural design for a new building

The full structural design for a building — foundations, columns, beams and slabs — sized to the loads it will actually carry and detailed so a contractor can build it. Every sheet is signed and stamped by an engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Registration Board, which is what the parish council needs before it will approve the drawings.

The fee is a scale on the value of the works, agreed in writing before we start, never a surprise hour.
