Structural assessment of an existing building

A registered engineer surveys the structure, calculates what it can carry, and tells you plainly whether it is sound as it stands, whether it can take the extra floor or the new load you have in mind, and what it would need first. The report is the one a bank, an insurer or a buyer will accept.
