Foundation investigation and recommendation

Before you design a footing you have to know the ground. We set out the boreholes, subcontract the drilling to a named contractor and say so, log and interpret what comes up, and recommend the foundation your site will actually carry. The drilling is theirs; the engineering recommendation is ours, and it is the part you are paying for.
