Three-day turnaround on the microbiology, accredited, every time. When a supply fails we can act on their number the same week, and their certificate holds up when the ministry asks.

Our buyer overseas takes the Acidus certificate without re-testing, which is the whole point. The label panel came back in the format the importing country's standard wanted, first time.

They cast and cure the cubes, so when a set fails I know it is the mix and not the curing. And when a test was outside their scope they told me and sent it to a named lab rather than fudge it.

The one lab I use that writes “subcontracted” on the certificate when it is. That honesty is worth more to me than a lab that pretends to do everything in-house.
