A registered engineer, not a sales desk, reads this the same working day it lands and writes back with a fee — fixed or on a scale — the timeframe, and what we would need from you to start. If the work would be better done by another firm, we will say so and point you there.
When you are ready, bring your architect's drawings if you have them; if you do not, a first call is enough to set the fee.
